Stimulus Advertising Expands Footprint by Assuming Blair Marketing's Client Operations

Lynchburg marketing agency brings together more than six decades of combined experience while expanding its team, capabilities and client services
LYNCHBURG, Va. — August 2026 — Stimulus Advertising, a full-service branding, marketing and web agency based in Lynchburg, Virginia, has announced that Blair Marketing's client account management and operations have transitioned to Stimulus Advertising, effective June 1, 2026.
The move marks a significant step in the continued growth of Stimulus and brings together the experience, talent and capabilities of two long-standing Lynchburg marketing organizations.
Stimulus Advertising has served the Lynchburg area for more than 25 years, while Blair Marketing has been a part of the local business community since its founding in 1984. Together, the organizations represent more than six decades of combined experience in marketing, advertising, creative and digital solutions.
As part of the transition, Stimulus, LLC has become Stimulus Group, LLC (dba Stimulus Advertising), reflecting the company's expanded organization and continued growth.
Benton Evans will serve as President, overseeing the company's operations and continued development. Lynn Kirby, who previously served as the President/Owner of Stimulus, will now serve as a Senior Strategic Advisor for the company, where he will continue to provide strategic guidance and industry expertise to the company and its clients.
