Primary Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities for the Business Development position include:
- Represent the full Stimulus Advertising as a full service advertising agency and along with its web design capabilities, reaching out to potential clients and help grow new business opportunities.
- Maintain a working relationship with current clients
- Schedule and run sales meetings with clients
- Create and deliver presentations to new clients
- Build proposals, estimate, contracts and fulfill Request For Proposals (RFPs) and Bids requirements
- Work directly with the owner to increase new business
- Assist in maintaining website and social media accounts for Stimulus Advertising
- Day-to-day functions as needed
Salary
This position has a basic hourly pay rate and a generous commission program.
Required Experience
- 1 year minimum of sales experience
- Strong communicator (both verbal and written)
- Positive attitude
- Self-Motivated
- Must live in the Greater Lynchburg area
- A strong knowledge of the advertising/marketing industry
Preferred Experience
- 2-4 year degree in Business Management, Advertising, Marketing or any like field
- Familiarity with Lynchburg business
