Client: Vets First
They needed an
affordable logo solution
for their wounded soldier
backpack program the
"Wounded Warrior Project"


After listening, we did some    
research and found that
the client saw themselves
as soldiers helping
soldiers in both
support and advocacy.   


Created a drawing based
on a familiar pose and
a photograph of a soldier
carrying another off of
the field of battle. 



The finished logo can be
seen on TV as they are
still fund raising to help
the soldiers and their
families, collecting millions
of dollars annually.

Client:
Krise Re-Development, LLC

We were engaged to
handle the marketing and sales  
responsibility of relaunching
"The Krise" property— a historic
treasure of downtown Lynchburg,  
Virginia. The standard approach
being to put up   
a "For Lease" sign
and wait.... 

Understanding that this would be
at the top end of the market and
the uniqueness combined with the  
historical footprint lead us to an
obvious conclusion... To pay
homage to the style, history
and unique opportunity to
separate this project from other
adaptive reuse
downtown developments
or new constuction.

We engaged a historical
expert and immediately began
compling a "Krise History" book.   
Graphically we explored turn of
the century styles. We
photographed every angle
and detail of this majestic
beauty. Logo exploration lead
us down a path of Classicism,
Character and Style.

of the century styles and fonts.
We chose "Live life at the Top!
as a tag line and assigned
colors of gold, purple and cream
to reflect the value and
uniqueness of this anchor of
downtown and the symbol
of rebirth.

A premium sales kit, a carefully
designed sales office and
Krise web site reinforces
the new "Krise" brand.

Southern Flavoring

The client was looking
to upgrade its look
and create a design for
the upcoming season. 

The past catalog
focused on the product—
not it's benefits, end use      
and
was very masculine.
The product looked
more like medicine
rather than
something flavorful. 

We created
several designs
for the client to
choose from by
both male and
female designers.

We also focused on
the "art of cooking"
being mainly
female and
generational.

Everything came
together in a colorful
and flavorful design
which focused on people. 
The following
seasons follow
the same design
and the web site
was refreshed
to convey the same
brand feeling.
