Lynn Kirby

Owner/President Stimulus

30 years of marketing communications experience which include: branding, advertising, developing market strategies, media planning and placement, package design, print management, public relations and creative direction. Packaging clients included Heinz, Carriage House Foods, Roddenbery, Dow Chemicals, Farm Fresh Supermarkets, Food Lion, Winn Dixie and several others. Lynn has designed roughly 7,500 different pieces of packaging and achieved success for clients in hundreds of advertising campaigns. His client experience covers other brands like Mincon, Rubatex, the United Spinal Association, the Ward Burton Wildlife Foundation, the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies (NAILBA), the Wounded Warrior Project, Lincoln Financial, AIG, Nationwide and many more.


Later after joining First Colony Life Insurance Company which became GE Financial (Genworth), he served as Marketing Communications Leader and Brand Compliance Manager where he supervised a communications team of around 20 and was responsible for advertising, communications, public relations and marketing for several life insurance-annuity and Long Term Care insurance companies, business units, product factories and distribution systems. His responsibilities included brand compliance for GE Financial, at that time 1/8th of General Electric. Lynn received several awards in the Life Insurance industry, such as the Insurance and Financial Communicators Association's top awards in Trade Advertising, Agent Promotions and several other categories.


Lynn also worked for Schawk (one of the world’s largest prepress companies-Canadian Division)— His responsibilities included sales of web-based applications that included DAMs (Digital Asset Management systems) and Co-Op advertising and ad generation systems. Since 2003 until 2008, Lynn ran Axis Creative, a marketing communications network in Bedford, Virginia serving over 200 clients with a broad range of marketing services.

Lynn's interests include of course, family first, but basketball is the one "aggressive" stress outlet that Lynn can't pass up - in a league or at the YMCA!

Gary Davis

Vice President of Business Development

Gary currently serves as a business development officer for our family of products, a strategic leader for our Advertising Agency – he serves as the liaison between clients needs and the internal deliverables required to achieve success. He currently serves as the account director for USGE Solar, Benchmark Communications, Woodmen of the World, The Lynchburg Legends ABA Basketball Organization and various other clients and projects. Prior to relocating back to his home town of Lynchburg, VA – Gary and his family lived in Charlotte, NC where he developed VLE Marketing, Inc.

Founded, VLE as a full service Marketing Agency to service the needs of clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry, Multiple Channel Distribution and Sponsorship related activations. Through a network of partnerships, VLE has developed projects that include a major country music festival, a pilot TV show in the United States, Charitable Foundation work for several high profile entertainment personalities and two National Music Tours. Developed and managed traditional advertising campaigns that have included TV, Print, Radio, Internet but always expandable new forums including social networking sites and interactive media integration.

Stephanie recently graduated from Lynchburg College and wears many different hats from print production to web design to project management. She handles many of the tough complicated assignments that require a consistent dedicated discipline for accuracy and prompt customer service.

Charlie is a recent graduate of Liberty University and adds value to graphic design, marketing projects as well as web design.

Alexander Dobrin

Web Developer

Alex is a well rounded web master, responsible for one on the CMS Joomla's greatest module's AI Contact Safe which allows users to quickly develop and deploy a robust contact system in their site. Alex also handles various needs with web sites, coding issues, system issues, Flash, database projects and works remotely from Brasov, Romania on a daily basis. Alex also has many other freeware Joomla modules and components.

Mark Davis

Mark is a graduate of William and Mary and is a Six Sigma trained Black Belt with experience in the financial services marketplace and in the world of health insurance, just to name a couple. Mark is a dedicated individual that will remove obstacles, apply logic, yet remain creative in all projects that he faces.
