Stimulus relaunched FishVirginiaFirst.com with new database plan a trip feature, along with a new module based layout with room for sponsors and more features. The Joomla based site has a cool scroller that shows all of the many counties and entities that are featured. Be sure to take the Fish Flip Quiz. Note the transparency and other feature that are all carefully integrated in the Content Management System.
Each year more than 800,000 anglers visit Virginia to experience many of the state’s renowned fishing sites. There are more than 176,000 acres of public lakes statewide and an estimated 27,300 miles of streams available to all types of anglers. The state’s diverse fishing locales offers something for everyone:
